[sdiy] cv out leaking?

I'd start by cleaning the board with some sort of solvent to get any muck off. If that doesn't work, I'd replace the cap C2/0.33 with something modern - polystyrene would be best, but probably any modern film cap is better than something ancient. If that doesn't work, I'd replace the op-amp too, with something with a high input impedance. TL081 would probably do.
