Sometimes it's easier to write full page of text than draw a decent
diagram/drawing/schemo. I know that too bad, my manual is 40 pages
densly filled with text and only 16 (yes, just counted them) drawings.
I'm simply bad ass when it comes to graphics.
I know I could hire proffesional manual writer, but considering the cost
of it and time spent on explaining the product, it's somehow easier to
accept the need of more time in after-sale customer support.
On the other end there is this insane tendency to make idiots out of
customers. Like half-page graphics showing a finger approaching "power"
switch in section "quick start".
