Correction: after reading the BMC voltage to rhythm manual, I see that is is indeed a 8-bit process, so multiple outs can be "high" simultaneously, similar to your sequencer's ADC.

His Multi Window Comparator is also able to have a variety of possible combined high outs, with more than one range per output.
