On the topic of 3080s, has anyone used the Rochester parts yet? Not sure a
part is worth cloning if it's still in production (albeit a "reissue")

Hi Assi,

I'd definitely be interested in seeing his schematics - I was considering
paying to become an Elektor member so I could just download them from the
site. I think that would cost me about GBP60.00

Have you or anyone else got any idea whether these schems (and anything else
on the elektor labs site) would be worth a look for that money?

I've built a couple of discrete OTAs of my own (with lots of help from
people on this list) so this is something I'm very interested in (obsessed

Thanks - and sorry to hear about his health.

- Justin

So he's been in contact with me again. It turns out that he's also behind
that Elektor post mentioned elsewhere:

At the moment I don't have time to relay between him and anyone else, but if
you want to contact him directly send me an email and I will pass it on for
him to (maybe) answer. Keep in mind that he mentioned having to go to rehab
again soon, so it may not be as quick as you expect.
