When played on a MIDI device only the G string plays MIDI.
All other strings won't play.. but sometimes they do.
I'll have to go deeper on that. (tweeking the gain pots..)

No. THe guitar MIDI messages keep running and show actual string 
strucked
in NOTE ON messages.
