For a general Op-amp book I'm reading Fundamentals of Operational
Amplifiers and Linear Integrated Circuits by Berlin and Getz. I bought
it because I recognized lots of synth bits in the example circuits. I
also have Jung but have not really gotten to the meat of it yet.
