[sdiy] Tone control questions

Ah no, I made a different experience with LTSpice. In most cases (meaning 
the Moog System 55 modules I've cloned so far) the simulation and reality 
spoke the same language. Somtimes even in mV resolution(!). And yes, 
sometimes I had to change some components in my prototype, but that was the 
minority.

Because simulations work just great for telling you how your circuit works 
in a simulator.  They don't bear any relationship to reality.
