I'm sorry J-P, but the CV info is incorrect again.   O:-)
The hi/lo should be switched and the voltage polarities as well:

-0.66 V gives maximum amplification in the 2164 and therefore MAX cutoff.
+3.3 V gives maximum attenuation in the 2164 and therefore MIN cutoff.
