AR is in fact an ASR: variable Attack, fixed Sustain at 100%, variable
Release.
If you want an ADSR style Envelope, you mix this ASR with the second
AD-envelope.
You still have to keep in mind, that you can place four(!) switchable
AD/AR-style on the same space where you normaly would have two ADSR
envelopes.
