[sdiy] ADSR Trigger/Retrigger behaviour

So where does the sustain come from?
Say when you play a melodic improvisation in a legato style, typically  
with some portamento, where there is the attack of the first note, but  
the subsequent notes' levels of VCA and VCF are in the "D to S"  
section of the envelope?

As an aside, for this style of playing I love the envelopes in the  
Casio CZ range. 8 stages allow interesting evolutions rather than a  
static level.
