[sdiy] ADSR Trigger/Retrigger behaviour

On my project, I provide a selector for both forms of retrigger.
Soft-retrigger re-starts the ADSR from where is is.  Hard-retrigger
restarts the ADSR from 0.  I could see the desirability of both
forms..
