Without knowing how the exact type of diode is manufactured this is hard to 
say, but it is totally possible to have extra leakage components that vary 
from one unit to the other.  If you rely on the leakage behaviour and it 
isn't explicitly specified in the datasheet, then you should test these 
characteristics yourself.
