Though I love MAT12 very much, I don't recommend it.
Because, as already other member said, MAT12 is too expensive and has 
over specs to be used in VCOs/ VCFs.

As my experience (10pcs, 3 different date codes), MAT12 is quite 
quiet=low noise, default Vos is less than 1mV, excellent Anti-log curve.
I think MAT12 is suitable for industrial use, to reduce time for tuning 
and trimming.
And that's why I love MAT12 ;-)
