[sdiy] LM13700/Lm13600: which Nationalhhistory of chips/second source? rca? fairchild? databook/ appnotes book are they in??!

Hi Dan,

My copy of the "National Operational Amplifiers Databook 1995" contains 
datasheets for both the 13600 and 13700, with pages worth of applications.

Going further back, the 13600 is mentioned briefly in the National 
"Audio/Radio Handbook" from 1980 and used in a non-complementary noise 
reduction application.
