Hi again Jean,

23 V sounds almost impossible. Are you sure that you measure this
voltage towards Analog Ground? If measured towards something else, it
can show just about any value. Analog Ground and Digital Ground are
floating towards each other when the PSU board is disconnected from
the rest of the machine.
