a) working (all but DVD drive) Dell Optiplex  745 PC (Intel Core 2 Duo CPU),
1 free PCI slot, Win XP, MS office

b) Doepfer "Hardware Reference Manual" (in mostly German) but it has LOTS of
module schematics in....errr....schematic.

c) Resistors/caps/switches/knobs/wire/cables

d) random filler: CDs/books/??????
