Yea, that's quite possibly a sensible way for me to go and I've been
considering it - there are many options for custom cable assemblies too.
Getting quantities made for standard parts like power cables would make
sense, for sure.
Less so for short-runs (but long enough to make the completely manual
approach less than appealing!)
