[sdiy] Cutting Wire to Length

Squires Electronics in Oregon http://www.squires.com did a great job for
us a few years ago providing kynar insulated wire-wrap wire cut to
specific lengths, with chosen colours, and about 2mm of bare wire at
each end.  The price was most attractive and the service was quick.

This is not the same as doing it yourself any time of the day or night,
but if there is an ongoing quantity requirement it might be worthwhile.
