[sdiy] Cutting Wire to Length

What about putting two guillotines 10 cm apart? No need to precisely
position the wire, as extra wire will get cut away. You could tie
together their handles so that they both actuate in one motion.
You could put (transparent?) pipe between them so that the wire is
easier to put in.
