Farnell have a dedicated site for Portugal: http://pt.farnell.com - they have recently changed their UK delivery prices so not sure what their Euro charges will be but HTH.

I'm trying to find good places to order components that will deliver to Portugal. In the UK, I used to use some companies based in Germany occasionally, but (for example) Reichelt.de want €19 to deliver to Portugal, which is like adding 20% to a €100 order. The government already did that with VAT, thanks.

So, recommendations please! Good places to buy inside the Eurozone, with low shipping charges.

Alternatively, if €19 is what you expect to pay and I'm being unreasonable expecting less, let me know.
