Do Mouser not offer Free Shipping over ...60euro... (guess - £50 here)?
Depends what you want.. some of their prices are overly high, but I 
found a lot of the Euro places overly expensive across the board. (maybe 
I'm out of touch though!)
Future Electronics is often worth checking too.
