Nah... I was thinking of something without looking closely enough.  For this circuit your 2164 model is simply grounding the 30 K resistor.  So...

    1 / (2 pi 47e-9 30e+3) => 112.9 Hz

So yeah, that seems right.

Perhaps there is no problem... like I said, I think the circuit will work.  Albeit accidentally.
