Yes, it is.  It's called the V2164, and it is made by Coolaudio.  It can be
purchased at Small Bear, Magic Smoke, Mammoth, and possibly elsewhere.  It's
about half the price of the SSM version, but is functionally identical.  It
is made in both DIP and SMT versions.  I believe that those sellers only
carry the DIP versions, but Intellijel (the eurorack manufacturer I design
for) uses the SMT version by the thousands, ordered direct from Coolaudio,
and many other manufacturers use it as well.
