[sdiy] SSM2164 to use as ring modulator...

The Intellijel uMod eurorack module is a 2164-based ringmod which I designed
a few years ago.  It works great.  I sell PCBs for a homemade version called
the 2164 Multiplying Modulator.  In fact, I just built such a module for
someone tonight.
