[sdiy] fake Fluke multimeters, are they a thing?

My Fluke 115 was about $50 at a pawn shop. Seems like a pretty similar
model to the 15B.

Maybe its due to the technical colleges and auto mechanic schools in the
area, I routinely see multiple 115s at Nashville pawn shops. Once they
have a few in stock they start to mark them down. Solid, cheep meter.

That eBay seller has good feedback but after shipping it's $80.
