[sdiy] Do op amps need bypass caps?

Generally, opamps do not need individual bypass caps.  However, if you are
using them as comparators, then it's probably a good idea.

I typically put one 10uF electrolytic and one 100 nF ceramic cap on each
rail for each module, and I generally don't have any problems.  However, if
I have anything generating fast pulses (like a comparator), I often bypass
that individually.
