Yes that's mostly right.  Friday evening includes a trip to the
pub+food for locals or those staying in college, followed by
discussion and twiddling until about midnight (or earlier if the
porters complain!).  Saturday is the main day, with the raffle around
5pm, followed by departing for freshen up, then walk into town or
millpond area for dinner and drinkies, and again back to college for
more until midnight.  Sunday is packing up day.
