[sdiy] Minimoog Envelope Generators

I guess the output stage are different as one of the envelop drives the VCA and might need to go below 0V so the VCA is completely shut off.
Looking at the schematic, VCF EG gores from +0.1V to +4V when the VCA EG goes from -0.3V to 4.5V.
