[sdiy] Looking for source for Prophet VS mechanical parts

I have a Prophet VS rack mount that I have swapped the display on, and
I did not do the smart thing and remove all the key caps near my work
before proceeding.  Far too much confidence in my ability to keep
soldering irons away from plastic bits :(.

So I have (slightly, but enough that it's a problem) melted one of the
square key caps with a window for the LED to shine through.  It's
usable, but it's not for me so that's not good enough.

I can find the switches for the keyboard version, and other Sequential
equipment easily--they're a currently stocked part.  But it's not the
same switch at all; it's a spst, but with a hinge rather than a
straight push.

I have no part number for these guys, and am so far turning up nothing
that helps me find the part.

SO, the questions at hand:  do you know of a source for said key caps?
 If not, do you know of a part number for those switches?

Anyone having a dead or partial one of these to sell for parts, I'd be
up for that too.

Basically I'm beating the bushes to make right for my mistake.
