No, we cannot.  In circuits built from discrete semiconductors, keeping the 
matched devices at the same temperature and the others not far from that is 
one of the hard problems you need to solve and biasing a potted circuit at 
some power that ensures a steady-state temperature more than 10K above 
ambient is one of the few things that actually helps.
