Well, if you absolutely need 2164 tempco in a filter, you can do a whole SVF
with one 2164.

I'd rather have a 2162 (not the THAT version, but a dual-VCA version of the
2164) in an 8-pin package.  Of course, it would need 9 pins (one for GND) or
10 pins (with Mode).

However, the V2164 is not that expensive, so leaving one VCA unconnected is
no big deal.  Alternatively, there's almost always something you can think
of to do with that extra VCA.
