yes, you can establish a business in UK, even remotely, without ever
being there, and it cost you next to nothing. Some people here do that also.

comments like that only confirm that we're wild country in the middle of
Siberia, using wooden sticks to startup a fire so our dugouts get a
little warmer inside and give heat needed for making hooch.
