[sdiy] Eagle 6.4 <> LT SPICE import/export ULP

I looked at it briefly but found that I'd have to do quite a lot of 
library tweaks to get it to work - the parts I regularly used for 
schematics wouldn't all work.
(take this with a pinch of salt - I didn't spend too long looking).
