[sdiy] PCB Layout Software?

a) no annual support fee (OrCAD)
b) no USB dongle (OrCAD)
c) integrates schematic with PCB (I have Altium, it does that but I never
liked it)
d) 3D models (PCAD = no)
e) not dead (PCAD)
