Looking at the service manual (I was
looking at Rev 3 - you didn't say which you have) I'd say
try the P-Mod Env Balance trimmer for the voice at fault. It
adjusts the envelope as it goes through the CA3280 VCA to
the PolyMod, and an offset there would give the effect
you're getting.
The P Mod Osc might do the same job since it also adjusts
the offsets on the Poly Mod, but it's not really the right
trim for the job.
