A few years back I sold a bunch of antique PROMs and logic ICs on
eBay. I got a pretty good return, though the best payoff was when
a slot machine repairer got in a bidding war with a telco repair
tech.

So yeah, my recommendation would be to take them to eBay and see
what kind of payoff you'll get.
