Multiple under-sized DC blocking capacitors in the feedback path of a
filter can also cause enough phase-lead at low frequencies that a
low-pass filter starts to become resonant at the bottom end as well as
the top when feedback is introduced! This is very noticeable at around
8Hz in the TB-303 filter for example.
