Multiple under-sized DC blocking capacitors in the feedback path of a 
filter can also cause enough phase-lead at low frequencies that a 
low-pass filter starts to become resonant at the bottom end as well as 
the top when feedback is introduced!  This is very noticeable at around 
8Hz in the TB-303 filter for example.
