[sdiy] What is this capacitor in the JP8?

Hey chaps,

any idea what this capacitor type/value in the Jupiter 8 resonance circuit is? On the schematic it's listed as .47/50 BP. I'm guessing BP stands for bipolar, but I thought electrolytics were polarised ,not bipolar. At any rate the cap looks like an electrolytic from a photo of the module board I have, and the silkscreen of the module board would seem to confirm the one in the photo is indeed C44.

Also are the green blobs in the photos Mylar caps?
