Hi all,

Some old un-needed IC's for sale.  All are genuine parts in working 
order pulled from old projects.

Had been used to build copy of Roland stereo chorus found in Juno and JX 
series synths:

2x MN3009 Panasonic 256-stage low-noise BBD
2x MN3101 Panasonic Clock generator / driver for BBD
2x C4558C NEC Japan dual op-amp

Had been used to build 8-bit digital delay line as per old Maplin DIY 
project:

1x ZN448E 8-bit Successive approximation A-to-D converter
2x ZN428E-8 8-bit latched Digital to Analogue converter
1x 43256AC-10L 32768 x 8-bit CMOS Static RAM

Various other analogue ICs from synthesiser, stereo compressor/expander, 
etc:

1x SSM2045 Music Voicing System (Dual VCA plus VCF)
1x SSM2120 Dynamic Range Processor
1x CA3046 General purpose NPN Transistor Array
1x TL084CN quad operation amplifier
