[sdiy] DC Coupled DAC

Hi all,

It is for experimenting with some old sampler/rompler code and wave 
files, so something like 12-bit would be fine. However I don't fancy 
writing my own usb driver for it, so I think an audio dac of some kind 
will have to fit the bill. I can write something to convert the files 
I'm using to WAV if I have to, then use PC software to play it. I will 
look at the NI stuff and see what the host side interface looks like though.
