Richie, I'm pretty sure the OP is looking for something that is an
audio interface (and can be used as such on a daily basis) but happens
to be able to produce DC levels. NI DAQ is exactly not that, and also
has worse specs bit depth and sample rate than a typical audio DAC.
Instead it probably has features useful for actual data acquisition,
such a guaranteed absolute precision and external triggering.
