National Instruments do a range of USB data acquisition products.  Try 
searching for "NI DAQ"

The USB6009 for instance is quite cheap and has eight single-ended (or 4 
differential) 13-bit inputs, and two 12-bit outputs.  There are likely 
to be other products that have better output spec if that's what you're 
looking for, so check through the product range.  The DC specification 
of a proper instrumentation grade DAC will be far better than an audio 
CODEC bodged to work down to DC!
