Hi Terry,

It's an analogue envelope generator(ADSR) chip produced by Roland between about 1980 and 1989. It was used in the Jupiter 8, Juno 60, MKS7 etc.

Roland part number is : 15229807
Name is : IR3R01
Package is: 16 pin DIP
