Yes.  Coolaudio makes the V2164D (DIP) and the V2164M (SMD).  For personal
use, I buy the DIP version from Small Bear Electronics
(http://www.smallbearelec.com/servlet/Detail?no=737).  Commercially,
Intellijel buys the V2164M direct from Coolaudio (US$2,000 minimum order -
never a problem for us as we go through these damn things by the thousands).
