[sdiy] Keyboard stopper Adhesive...

In the XP-50 there are a series of roughly 8 inch metal strips, with 3
tabs at 90 degrees to the strip, rather than a long plastic strip.

In my JX-1, which uses the long plastic strip, I found that not having
the strip made the keys "wobbly". They wouldn't fall out, but they
were harder to play without a very specific, fairly staccato playing
style. If I hit the key at any kind of angle (as you would as you
move your hand over the keyboard) the keys would jam where I was
having problems with the stopper strip (it's much more of a pain to
reinstall on the JX-1, certainly).

I can't say that the XP-50 has the same problem as I haven't played
without the strips in it.

Thanks

Pete
