not that i know of.
you could take the plug apart and carefully file the shield away around where it activates the switch.

while you could use a Neutrik without the enclosure, it will be far from robust.

the shield contributes to mechanical stability of both the plug itself and the connection...

another option is to externalise the switch on your 303 (like on the 606)
