Hi!
The Saleae CAN do it at 24MHz if your PC is powerful enough.
I use it on a HP Quadcore i7 under Win7 / 64 Bit.
In a virtual machine (VMWare WinP SP3) on the same machine I can only reach 16 MHz.
The virtual machine runs on one core only...

There is no way the salae logic can properly capture at 24Mhz. I
haven't tried the logic16 version, that might do it, but those guys
are fast and loose with their numbers.
the inntronix is pretty great, i use it a lot.
the sump, especially the dangerous prototypes version is probably the best.
