Duty cycle is 50% and the levels are the same. If I set scaling and tuning a 
bit off, it retunes it to the exact same error. So it seems something is 
switched off or on when it goes into autotune. Tunes it neatly, leaves 
autotune and switches something on or off again. Leaving me with the pitch 
error. Because I already disconnected all summing resistors which carry 
modulation sources and disconnected the x-mod vca. All supply voltages stay 
the same before, during and after autotune.
