Collect the schematics you want first.

Look at the Bill Of Materials if it exists, failing that make your own BOM by
making a list of the components in those schematics.

Do this with many schematics of interest and you will see what is common.  You
then have a list of "stuff to get".

As bystanders, we can't really know what would most interest you in particular.
 Sure, some things are pretty common like 10K resistors, but the more
specialized parts, matched transistors, OTA types, vactrols, tempcos etc., you
will find in the schematics.

Making such a list as I described will help you make the best investment in a
parts stock.
