Like anything else, with the proper tools its a snap. The key is to create
tiny little holes in the centre of your pads in the layout which are etched
away. These holes act as guides of the drill bit, so your aim doesn't need
to be perfect. However, with a drill press and some fine numbered drill
bits (I use #68 for most holes), you can drill 100 holes very quickly,
especially on my layouts, which conform to a strict 0.1" grid.
